Dr. Natasha Randhawa
Optometrist
Dr. Natasha Randhawa was honoured to be selected by Dr. Kelsey Ford to continue the legacy of patient care at Lendrum Eye Centre. Born and raised in Edmonton, she earned her undergraduate degree (BSc) in Biological Sciences at the University of Alberta. She then headed south of the border to complete a Doctor of Optometry degree at one of the top optometry schools in America, Salus University.
Through her rotations in the optometry program, Dr. N. Randhawa had the opportunity to develop unique areas of expertise. She completed a Specialty pediatric rotation at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, PA, where she received honours for her work. Dr. N. Randhawa co-authored a published paper while at a rotation working on cornea/specialty contact lens candidates. In Fairfax, Virginia, Dr. N. Randhawa completed a rotation that focused on glaucoma and cataract patients.
Due to Dr. N. Randhawa’s educational and working background, she has developed a special interest in working with children, as well as those with challenging contact lens fits. However, she is eager to help new patients with any sort of eye and vision challenges. Dr. N. Randhawa is currently accepting referrals for scleral contact lens fittings, a specialty contact lens used to treat a variety of eye conditions.
Fluent in English, French, Punjabi and Hindi, she can communicate with a great variety of patients.
Her non-optometric joys include reading, travelling and spending time with her three kids.
Dr. Noreen Shivji
Optometrist
Dr. Shivji was born and raised in Mwanza, Tanzania before moving to Edmonton to complete her high school diploma. She later received her Bachelors of Science degree at the University of Alberta, majoring in Biological Sciences. In 2012, Dr. Shivji graduated from Salus University, Pennsylvania with a Doctorate in Optometry. She received clinical training in contact lenses and pediatric eye care during her rotation at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia. This was followed by a six month internship studying ocular disease management at Salisbury Veterans Hospital in North Carolina.
Dr. Shivji is an active member in the Alberta and Canadian Association of Optometrists as well as the Edmonton society of Optometrists. She believes learning is a life long process and is passionate about continuing education to keep up with the latest advancements and technology in Optometry. She practices full scope optometry with a passion for the management of ocular diseases such as Macular degeneration and Glaucoma, autoimmune diseases that impact the ocular health, as well as pediatric eyecare.
Dr. Shivji aims for a healthy work-life balance which allows her to take care of her patients but gives her time to spend with her two beautiful children. She enjoys spending time with her family as much as she does at a spin session or a resistance training class.
Dr. Navroop Chabba
Optometrist
Dr. Chabba’s journey into Optometry began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Concordia University in Edmonton, Alberta. Eager to expand his knowledge and skills in the field of optometry, he pursued his Doctorate in Optometry at Salus University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Throughout his academic pursuits, he gained invaluable experience through various clinical externships across the United States and Canada, focusing on ocular disease, primary care, contact lens fitting, and low vision.
Dr. Chabba firmly believes in developing personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient’s unique needs when it comes to their visual and ocular health. Building strong doctor-patient relationships is not only a professional priority for Dr. Chabba but also a source of great fulfillment.
Originally from Edmonton, Dr. Chabba has recently returned to his hometown after living in the United States for four years. Beyond his passion for optometry, he enjoys exploring new places through travel, spending cherished moments with friends and family, and unleashing his culinary creativity in the kitchen. A devoted sports enthusiast, Dr. Chabba loves cheering for his favorite teams, the Edmonton Oilers and the Philadelphia Eagles.
Dr. Amy Hans
Optometrist
Dr. Hans graduated from University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science. She then went on to the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia to obtain her Doctorate in Optometry. She is passionate about patient care for all ages and she looks forward to seeing her patients thrive with thorough eye exams.
Dr. Hans grew up in Edmonton, playing soccer at a young age, and throughout her adult years. Over the course of her career she participated in many provincial championships and 4 national championships. In her spare time Dr. Hans and her husband enjoy socializing, walks in the river valley with her dog, playing soccer, tennis and spending time with her family and friends. She looks forward to meeting you and taking care of your eye care needs!

Shareena has been in the optical industry for over 10 years and is a certified contact lens fitter. She is one of the kindest people you’ll meet. Shareena is always happy to help patients receive the best vision care possible and she truly cares about her team members and assists the team to excel to the best of their capabilities.

Renee can be seen working on behind the scenes tasks that keep a clinic running smoothly as well as working hands on with patients. Renee loves all things organizing, from color coding, to task lists, the clinic operates better each day because of her. She also supplies the team with endless puns and can turn anyone’s bad day around!

Eric brings excellent customer service experience to our office, and elevates the clinics patient care. His friendly and polite demeanor will always put a smile on your face. He takes on learning optical with a great attitude and he may throw in a joke from time to time that knocks you off your seat! Eric has a passion for helping people and is a wonderful addition to the team! Eric has started his journey to becoming a licensed optician and is well on his way to finishing up his first year!

You will often see KC first upon entering the clinic. She is kind and warm and has a passion for people. KC shines when helping children. She can comfort an anxious child and get anyone excited about needing glasses. KC has taken on many tasks in the office and can lend a hand in any department. You’ll find her behind the scenes putting together social media videos and coming up with eye-catching ides!
Gurman
Optometric Assistant
You may see Gurman at either Lendrum Eye Centre, or at our other location, Sherwood Park Eye Centre. Gurman is working towards becoming an optometrist! She has a passion for finding the perfect frame and excels at uncovering patients needs to recommend the best lenses for each patient. Gurman is one of the younger team members so naturally she keeps everyone up to date on what’s cool.
